Right to Speak

1. Our commitment

V1KA exists to help you reach the people who have chosen to hear from you. You retain ownership of your content and control over what you send, to whom, and when.

2. Permission-first sending

You may only message contacts who have a lawful basis to be contacted — consent, an existing relationship, or another basis valid in their jurisdiction.

Every email includes a working unsubscribe, and we suppress anyone who opts out or bounces. This protects your recipients and your deliverability.

3. What we don't allow

Purchased or scraped lists, deceptive sender identity, and content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing. These harm recipients and the sending ecosystem, and may lead to suspension.

4. Your data rights

You can export or delete your workspace data at any time from Settings.

Contacts can exercise access, correction, and deletion rights; we provide the tools to honor them promptly.
