V1KA ("V1KA", "we", "us") provides a marketing intelligence platform. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and the choices you have.

2. Data we collect

Account data: your name, work email, company, and workspace settings.

Content you create: campaigns, contacts, briefs, posts, and other records you add to your workspace.

Usage data: log and device information, and events generated as you use the product, used to operate and improve the service.

First-party marketing data: click and conversion events captured through tracked links you create, used to power your attribution and analytics.

3. How we use data

To provide and secure the service, authenticate you, and maintain your workspace.

To compute the analytics, attribution, and recommendations you ask the product to produce.

To communicate with you about your account and, where you have opted in, product updates.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. AI processing

When you use AI features (for example, generating an outline or copy), the relevant prompt is sent to our AI provider to return a result. We do not use your workspace content to train third-party base models.

5. Sub-processors

We rely on vetted providers to run the service, including cloud hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), email delivery (Resend), and AI inference (OpenRouter). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.

6. Data retention & security

We retain your data for as long as your workspace is active and as needed to provide the service. We use encryption in transit, scoped access, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

7. Your rights

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. Any non-essential cookies are only set with your consent.
