This supplement applies to individuals in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, in addition to our general Privacy Policy.

2. Controller & basis

V1KA acts as controller for account data and as processor for the workspace content our customers upload. We process personal data under these legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the service), legitimate interests (to secure and improve it), consent (for non-essential cookies and optional marketing), and legal obligation.

3. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to certain processing.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

4. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses with our sub-processors.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, then delete or anonymize it.
